We are seeking a motivated Junior IT Technician to join our team in George. The ideal candidate should have a passion for technology, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to provide excellent support to end-users. A valid driver’s license and own vehicle are essential, as traveling to client sites may be required.

Duties & Responsibilities Provide technical support to users, both remotely and onsite. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment. Set up and support printers, desktops, laptops, and other peripherals. Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions. Perform routine system checks and updates. Assist senior technicians with projects and onsite client support.
