Job Description
Minimum requirements:
- Provide first- and second-line IT support, resolving hardware, software, and network issues efficiently
- Maintain and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices to ensure business continuity in a 24/7 environment
- Install, configure, and support software including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other business applications
- Manage and resolve incidents end-to-end, ensuring timely closure and user satisfaction
- Perform basic network troubleshooting (IP, DHCP, DNS) to maintain connectivity
- Support Microsoft Windows environments and assist with server/Exchange-related issues
- Liaise with external vendors for repairs, maintenance, and procurement of IT equipment
- Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and weekly reports on IT issues and performance
