Junior IT System Administration
Responsibilities
·Management of servers of entities operating at the plant in Johor Bahru and related entities abroad
·Ongoing monitoring of global IT networks and computer hardware
·Computer hardware diagnostics and IT inventory management (equipment distribution among employees and installation of system access for new and existing employees)
·Purchase of IT equipment in accordance with the current needs of the company
·Providing technical support for users (help desk service - diagnosing and solving problems)

•Possessing education and knowledge in the field of computer science or related area
