Our client in Pretoria is Hiring a Junior IT Support Technician.
They are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Junior IT Support Technician to provide first-line technical support across hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and basic network-related issues. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, strong troubleshooting abilities, and the willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced IT environment

Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- IT Diploma or IT Degree.
- 1–3 years’ experience in an IT support, helpdesk, or technical support environment.
- Basic knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows 10/11 environments.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
