Job Description

The Junior HR Executive - HR Operations is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR administrative and operational activities to ensure efficient and compliant HR services. The role provides support across employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employee data management, payroll administration, benefits, HR documentation, and employee inquiries.

Possesses the drive to work collaboratively and supported by strong communication skills, adaptability, and a growth mindset.

What you will do

HR Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and personnel files
  • Prepare HR letters and documents, including employment contracts, confirmation letters, transfer letters, and employee certificates
  • Ensure employee records are accurate, complete, and comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Support HR audits and documentation reviews
  • Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
