Junior HR Data Analyst (Contract)

JOB OVERVIEW

The Junior HR Data Analyst supports the Head of HR and the wider HR team by collecting, organizing, and analyzing people data across the Group's entities and businesses. The role focuses on producing accurate, timely, and insightful reporting on headcount, workforce composition, attrition, performance, and compensation. It contributes to the development of dashboards and analyses that inform workforce planning, organizational design, talent decisions, and executive and board-level people reporting.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Data Management & Quality

• Extract, consolidate, and maintain people data from the Group's HRIS and other source systems, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and confidentiality.
• Monitor and improve the quality of HR data, identifying gaps, duplicates, and inconsistencies, and coordinating with HR business partners to resolve them.
