Job Description

We are looking for a Junior HR Administrator to join a worldwide payments industry leading company for 1-year fixed-term contract! If you are highly organized, detail-oriented, this Junior HR Administrator position is for you.

The responsibilities of the Junior HR Associate role include:

  • assist in preparing and validating monthly payroll data in collaboration with external providers
  • support the team in preparing and submitting ERGANI declarations, including hiring, terminations, and schedule changes
  • monitor the Digital Work Card system to ensure accurate time tracking and regulatory compliance
  • maintain secure employee files and HR records with a high focus on accuracy and confidentiality
  • assist in drafting contracts, employment letters, onboarding materials, and offboarding documentation
