Your role as Junior Fund Administrator

As a Junior Fund Administrator, you will work at the core of fund management in our Front Office department, ensuring that portfolio valuations are accurate, trades and positions are reconciled, and that all moving parts behind the funds’ portfolios work as they should. The role covers valuation across a broad range of asset classes including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and funds, as well as processing corporate actions, managing trade settlements, and coordinating daily with portfolio managers, counterparties, and other external partners. This is a role where precision matters and where you will develop a deep, practical understanding of how funds actually work from the inside out. The role is a full‑time position. Our office is located in Vaasa, and the role is primarily office‑based, with some flexibility for remote work.
