Juniper Group, a leading European arm of Vela Software, is seeking an experienced Financial Controller with deep accounting and financial knowledge and previous experience in either sell‑side or buy‑side transactions to participate in acquisition efforts across Europe.
Responsibilities
- Participate in monthly and annual closing processes, ensuring accurate recording and monitoring of financial information.
- Support the preparation of financial reporting.
- Monitor internal administrative processes (contracts, documentation, filing).
- Collaborate in the preparation of documentation for external and internal audits.
- Assist in the review and control of accounting accounts, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
