Job Description
Join Acquire Asia Pacific Philippines Inc. (Acquire BPO) as a Junior Executive Assistant supporting the RingCentral executive team.
Responsibilities
- Expense report management: prepare, submit, and track expense reports for executives, gather and reconcile receipts, ensure compliance with company policies, and monitor executive corporate card statements.
- Administrative and executive support: schedule and manage calendars, book travel, handle correspondence, organize and maintain executive files and records, and act as a professional point of contact between the executive and stakeholders.
- Project coordination: assist in the execution of small projects and initiatives, track project deadlines, gather materials, draft preliminary reports or presentations, and coordinate meetings and follow‑up actions.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or financial support role.
