Simpson's Fence (London) Ltd is seeking a Junior Construction Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will have some knowledge and interest in general construction, along with good people and time‑management skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. This is a full‑time, Mon‑Fri role in a family‑owned & operated London company with a long history and proud reputation for quality and service.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers regarding projects
• Perform site visits to obtain and verify site details prior to bidding or prior to projects commencing
• Work with senior staff to prepare detailed estimates
• Solicit pricing from suppliers & subcontractors
• Review project details & requirements
• Prepare bid submission documents
• Perform pre‑construction discussions with installers to verify project details, and communicate with installers throughout installation periods
