Role Overview
At Jobs by Adlanter, we are looking for a Graduate Engineer for one of our clients, a solid brand recognized as a global leader in machining solutions and cutting tools. This role offers the opportunity to work on real customer applications, gain in‑depth knowledge of products and production processes, and progressively influence technical solutions across customer, product and manufacturing areas.
Phase 1 – Technical & Customer Development
During the initial phase, you will focus on building a strong understanding of the customer, product and application environment:
- Support the preparation of technical proposals and solutions, analyzing customer drawings, materials, tolerances and machining requirements.
- Work closely with senior technical and sales engineers to understand real customer needs and industrial use cases.
