JUNIOR ENGINEER - CUTTING TOOLS
This role offers a structured development role, focused on technical specialization, stability and long-term growth within a leading industrial organization:
Phase 1 – Application foundations
During the initial phase, you will focus on building a strong understanding of the customer, product and application environment:
- Support the preparation of technical proposals by analyzing customer drawings, materials, tolerances and machining requirements.
- Work closely with senior engineers to understand real machining applications and production constraints.
- Participate in customer visits and technical discussions to gain first-hand exposure to industrial use cases.
