What you'll do

• Provide first‑line CRM support to our sales network: resolve incidents and answer day‑to‑day questions.
• Onboard and train new users (agents, assistants, managers).
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards for sales and management teams.
• Document processes and create user guides.
• Work closely with our Product & Tech team to flag improvements and bugs.

What we're looking for

Must‑have

• 1‑2 years in CRM admin, sales operations, functional support or similar roles.
• Spanish and English at professional level (C1+).
• Organized, hands‑on, and great at explaining things to non‑technical users.
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.

Nice to have

• Italian (you'll collaborate with our teams in Italy).
• Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot.
