Qualifications Ideally Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics or related field Minimum 3 years experience as a credit analyst in retail/banking environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented and able to work independently Responsibilities Analyse credit data to assess the creditworthiness of borrowers Conduct credit reviews and credit approvals Remain objective and present both arguments and pros and cons Manage customer databases and lending limits Prepare reports and presentations for senior management Develop and implement credit risk strategies and policies Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with credit risk policies and procedures Suggest risk mitigating measures for our consumer finance products in line with the risk philosophy of the Company Project management i.e. track progress, manage expectations and ensure stakeholders requirements are delivered #J-18808-Ljbffr
