Boll & Branch is looking for a Junior Copywriter: a curious, motivated writer ready to roll up their sleeves and contribute across a wide range of creative projects and channels. This role is an entry point into a fast-moving, collaborative Creative Team where great writing and the results it drives are taken seriously.
The ideal candidate learns quickly, takes direction well, and brings genuine enthusiasm for the craft and the brand. Day to day, you'll support omnichannel writing needs, from seasonal campaigns and promotional emails to paid media, organic social, and daily copy tasks, while building fluency in our brand voice and deepening your skills as a writer. You'll work closely with the Sr. Copy Manager and collaborate across the broader Creative Team, touching a variety of projects and creative disciplines. Comfort working alongside AI tools is essential; we're a team that embraces emerging technology as part of the creative process.
