Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and travel to conduct site visits throughout Atlantic Canada, attend site meetings, oversee site activities and provide quality control.
- Assist with project progress and site reports.
- Assist with shop drawings, answer contractor requests for information and issue contract changes.
- Assist with quality control/constructability reviews on drawings and specifications.
- Collaborate and coordinate with a multi-disciplinary team.
Qualifications
- 1-5 yearsβ experience focusing on the construction phase of projects.
- Sound technical and building envelope knowledge, strong understanding of codes, and familiarity with Nova Scotia construction practices.
- Recognized credentials from a construction contract administration course or other equivalent training considered an asset.
