Junior Claims Consultant

A leading insurance agency is looking to recruit a Junior Claims Consultant to join their team.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Liaise with clients, Insurers, and service providers.
2. Sound knowledge of how to read, retrieve, and understand personal and commercial insurance policy schedules and wording.
3. Register claims & liaise with assessors.
4. Drawing up settlements.

Desired Experience & Qualification

1. FAIS Credits (as per FAIS requirement).
2. Must be Fit & Proper in terms of the FAIS Act.
3. Minimum 2 years’ experience within the short-term Insurance Commercial lines – Administration/ Servicing and Amendments/ Claims.

Skills

1. Sound Knowledge of Short Term Insurance Commercial and Personal Lines.
