Core Criteria Relevant culinary qualification or equivalent practical experience Proven kitchen experience in a lodge, hotel, or fine dining environment Ability to work in a remote, live-in setting Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for food Excellent hygiene standards and knowledge of food safety practices Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Core Responsibilities Assisting the Head Chef and senior kitchen staff with daily food preparation and service Preparing high-quality meals in line with the lodge's menu standards Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across all kitchen areas Managing stock rotation and minimising wastage Contributing to menu development and new dish ideas as experience grows Ensuring consistent presentation and quality across all meal services This is a live-in position
