Job Description
Bespoke Hotels is seeking a Commis Chef for our Highland Hotel in the Scottish Highlands. In this role, you will support the kitchen team by assisting in food preparation, ensuring high standards of hygiene, and contributing to a smooth kitchen operation during breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for food, the ability to work under pressure, and strong communication skills. Previous experience is preferred but not essential.
