About the Opportunity
- Create and process purchase orders for materials, supplies, equipment, and services.
- Follow up with suppliers on order confirmations, deliveries, and shipment status;
expedite orders as needed. - Maintain purchasing records, pricing, supplier data, and receiving documentation within the ERP system.
- Review requisitions for accuracy and support inventory replenishment to prevent shortages and overstock.
- Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and information flow.
- Reconcile purchase orders and invoices, resolving discrepancies related to pricing, quantities, and terms.
- Source and manage suppliers for materials, services, contracts, and capital equipment.
- Resolve supplier-related issues and support quotation reviews, pricing analysis, and supplier evaluations.
