At GERMS, we're looking for a Junior Art Director who believes that every blank canvas is an opportunity, every brief is a puzzle, and every campaign deserves to be a little less boring.

You don't need 20 years of experience.

You just need good taste, great ideas, an unhealthy number of screenshots saved for inspiration, and the courage to ask, What if we did it this way instead?

You'll work alongside strategists, copywriters, designers, content creators, filmmakers, technologists, and occasionally clients who think Canva can do everything.
