We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our growing team in Kannur, Kerala. This is an exciting opportunity to work on projects across both the UAE and Indian markets while being part of a young and evolving design-focused practice. M30 collective is a sister-concern of Unique Builders and Developers, and will be handling the design team.
Role Overview
You will be involved in:
- Architectural and interior design development
- Concept creation and presentation preparation
- Working drawings and documentation
- 3 D visualization and coordination
- Site visits and project support
- Exposure to UAE and Indian project standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- 0–2 years of experience
- Proficiency in Auto CAD, Sketch Up, Revit, Lumion, Adobe Suite, or related software
