- Job Overview: Design & Development Engineer
- Responsible for overseeing the design and development of residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all projects are executed with the highest standards of quality, within budget, and on schedule & facilitate meetings regularly.
- This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, construction processes, and project management.
- Lead the conceptual and schematic design phases of real estate projects.
- Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and engineers to develop project designs that align with company goals and market demands.
