Responsibilities- Maintaining stock inventory via accounting software Xero.
- Creating documentation for invoice, purchase order, DO, receiving of goods.
- Customer service.
- Sending invoices, statement of accounts, overdue reminders to customers.
- Tracking of goods incoming/outgoing serial number.
- Ensuring project delivery for goods.
