Junior Actuarial Analyst (Modelling / Pricing)

Our client operates within the financial services sector , specialising in short-term insurance solutions and data-driven pricing strategies. They are seeking a Junior Actuarial Analyst to support the Pricing function through model development, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives.

This role offers hands‑on experience in pricing model development , with additional exposure to reserving processes , tools, and data preparation. The successful candidate will work closely with senior analysts and gain practical experience in a structured, delivery-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with data extraction, cleaning, and preparation using Python and SQL
• Support the development, testing, and refinement of pricing models (including GLMs)
