Junior Accounts Payable Specialist – Barcelona. Working with and reporting directly to the Accounting Manager, the specialist will oversee and monitor the maintenance of supplier accounts, invoice processing, reconciliation and day‑to‑day enquiries. They will align and streamline Accounts Payable processes across all entities.

Responsibilities

• Category accounts payable statements and invoices and verify against transactions.
• Review, approve and process employee expense payments.
• Resolve payment issues and answer payment questions from company vendors.
• Assist with month‑end financial reporting process.
• Work with internal and external key stakeholders.
• Process purchase and cost invoices and credit notes within the agreed timeframe.
• Provide support with other areas such as Accounts receivable or general ledger.
