JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT - R35k pm - S-WEST
Our client, a Global Leader in their sector, is looking for a Junior Accountant to join their team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle daily invoice processing
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Complete PAYE and EMP501 reconciliations
- Prepare and submit VAT returns
- Support with weekly and monthly overtime calculations and payroll processing
- Update and maintain the Fixed Asset Register
- Keep financial records and documentation well-organised and accurate
- Assist the Financial Manager with month‑end close and preparation of financial reports
- Provide support with the inventory management system
- Carry out ad‑hoc duties as requested by management
