Onsite Work (Monday to Friday)
Responsibilities
- Assist the Senior Accountant or Accounting Supervisor in bookkeeping, processing suppliers’ payments, issuing invoice or receipts, account reconciliations and other accounting functions within the assigned accounts or clients.
- Assist in tax compliance, SEC compliance and local government compliances
- Help in preparation of documents for the special projects and registration renewals
- Act as reliever in the absence of the other Accountants
- Attend tax and SEC seminars to update with the tax rulings, if necessary
- Must handle small accounts after the required trainings
- Any other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time
