We need a Junior Account Manager who is ready to learn fast, laugh a lot, and keep our clients obsessed with us. What you’ll do: Own the Handover: Take the reins from the sales team and guide new B2 B clients through their early journey. Run the Show: Lead training sessions that make clients feel confident using our tech. Coordinate & Drive: Partner with internal teams to make sure launch dates are hit without a hitch. Track Early Success: Keep a close eye on initial usage so no client slips through the cracks. You’ll thrive here if you have: 1–3 years of experience in customer service, coordination, or junior account/CS roles (ideally B2 B or digital). Confidence on stage: You love presenting...
