Job Description
What You Will Do
- Provide leadership, coaching, strategy, and direction for the assigned sales team.
- Grow the regional customer base by developing our existing customer base and opening strategic distribution.
- Develop relationships throughout all layers of your distributors management team, especially our MPP accounts.
- Integrate our JSS end-user team into the regional selling strategies to create insatiable end-user demand.
- Leverage Co-op Advertising dollars and SG&A budget to drive regional sales growth.
- Leverage and continuously rethink the sales structure in your territory.
- Perform daily coaching and mentoring for a large team of field sellers.
- Provide an accurate monthly billing meeting forecast.
- Execute Quarterly Business Reviews with the other Regional Managers from Field Sales.
