Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- At least 1 year experience in system, network, or infrastructure support
- Knowledge of networking, servers, operating systems, and IT infrastructure
- Familiarity with Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet, VMware, or related technologies is an advantage
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Willing to conduct fieldwork and client site visits
