Robert Half is partnering with a growing organization to identify a Junior Staff Accountant for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate or early-career accounting professional looking to gain hands-on experience and build a strong foundation in corporate accounting.
Responsibilities:
+ Assist with day-to-day general ledger accounting activities
+ Prepare and post basic journal entries and accruals
+ Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
+ Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations
+ Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
+ Assist with invoice processing, cash applications, and payment processing
+ Research and resolve accounting discrepancies
