Job Description
To support the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) systems for elevated metro construction works, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, client standards, and company HSE policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Safety Management
Implement and monitor SHE Plans, Method Statements, and Risk Assessments (HIRA/JSA) for elevated metro works such as piling, pier construction, launching girder, segment erection, U/I girders, station works, and precast operations.
Ensure work-at-height safety , including scaffolding, formwork, access platforms, lifelines, and fall-arrest systems.
Monitor lifting operations , crane safety, heavy machinery movement, and traffic management along ROW.
Conduct daily site safety inspections , unsafe act/condition reporting, and closure tracking.
