Job Description
Overview
The Junior Series Lead is charged with the planning of the work for an entire series. They are accountable to assure that the series is planned and that the technical and process requirements are well understood and documented by construction. They are a person of significant experience who has done the work in their series before. They report to the Integration Manager for the purposes of their function and the applicable Area Manager directly for day‑to‑day activities and scope planning.
Responsibilities
- The Series Leads are responsible for planning the series and specifically defined scopes of work, encompassing large numbers of Comprehensive Work Packages. They ensure that the CWPs developed and marshalled by the Project Coordinators and Field Engineers meet all design and technical requirements while remaining simple and executable, and that all work is planned and executable in the field.
