We are seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Junior Retail Operations Manager to support and oversee daily retail operations across assigned stores. Key Responsibilities
Store Operations & Team Management
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service.
- Supervise store opening and closing procedures in compliance with company standards.
- Conduct regular store visits, operational checks, staff meetings, and training sessions.
- Prepare and manage monthly schedules for operations staff and sales associates to ensure efficient manpower coverage.
- Train, coach, and evaluate sales associates to improve productivity and overall team performance.
