Job Summary
As a Junior Operations Manager , you will control regional distribution operations, serving as our representative with customers (dealers). You will manage inventory and the operating budget while aligning operational strategies to achieve our strategic goals. You will work in our distribution center located in Minatitlán reporting to the Director of Regional Operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse activities of the Warehouse Operational cycle, finished products, inventory control, management of associates and resources; promote adherence to warehouse policies, procedures, and safety.
- Coordinate work teams, ensuring customer fulfillment of product assortment needs; balance activities and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Manage product receiving and storage, ensuring deliveries match the description versus the quantity on hand, and that merchandise is in good condition.
