Position Summary

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will coordinate import and export shipments, handle customs clearance, inland transportation, bookings, cargo tracking, and address customer queries related to deliveries. You will maintain updated systems with supplier and shipping information.

Key Accountabilities

• Manage weekly and monthly load programs with retail customers.
• Coordinate shipments with freezers according to customer specifications and Andes inventory process.
• Respond to general customer inquiries regarding order status, pricing, tracking, and bookings.
• Contact suppliers daily regarding purchase order status, production completion, and booking dates.
• Process invoices through to the accounting department.
• Compile reports and support other staff members.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating issues, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations.
