Junior Content Moderator (Support) is a foundational role in resolving and maintaining the quality, safety, and effectiveness of MSN content operations. Additionally, the role is supported by AI‑driven moderation, contributing to long‑term scalability and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and moderate editorial content across MSN and Bing platforms to ensure accuracy, quality, policy compliance, and brand safety prior to and after publication.
• Perform postpublish quality assurance audits to identify high‑visibility errors in headlines, imagery, localization, quizzes, and social content, and initiate corrective actions.
