Job Description
Valard Construction is hiring a Journeyperson Electrician to work on a high-voltage 230kV Substation project for Hydro One in Thunder Bay, ON. Focus on safety and technical mastery as part of our crew.
Reporting directly to our Substation Construction Foreman, you will engage in the installation and management of various high-voltage equipment and conduct essential electrical terminations. The position requires interpreting blueprints and maintaining material inventories to ensure efficient operations. Candidates will work 10-hour days with a schedule of 8 days on followed by 6 days off.
