Raise is hiring licensed Journeyman Welders, requiring an interprovincial RedSeal or registration in Alberta. In this permanent role, you will fabricate custom prototypes from blueprints, use MIG, ARC, and TIG processes, and collaborate with Supervisors to enhance work cell efficiency. You’ll also ensure adherence to safety standards while mentoring junior employees along the way.
Key Responsibilities:
• Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications
• Operate various welding and metal shaping equipment
• Conduct repairs, modifications, and technical inspections
• Maintain accurate reports and project documentation
