Proline Power Corp. is hiring a Journeyman Lineman Foreman in the Red Deer area. This full-time position emphasizes leadership, safety, and efficient powerline work.
In this mid-level role, you will lead crews in safely completing overhead powerline construction. You'll conduct safety meetings and hazard assessments while mentoring your team and ensuring high quality. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise powerline construction crew members
• Conduct daily safety assessments and training sessions
• Monitor jobsite safety and operational conditions
• Coordinate logistics and ensure project timelines are met
• Report all incidents and maintain thorough documentation
Requirements:
• Journeyman Certificate as a Power Line Technician
• Live line trained up to 25Kv and UG terminations qualified
