Purpose:
To install HV Cable accessoriesand carry out other associated works.
Summary of the Job Role:
Install HV cable Joints and terminations
Installation ofLink Boxesand other associated accessories
Support during testing of HVcablese.g.installation of test busing andtestadaptoretc.
Repair of HV cables
Maintenance of tools and other equipment’s
This position is designed to be approximately 100% on site; external travel whenrequired.Flexibleapproach to working hours, travel and work location isa must.
Key Deliverables:
Preparation/readiness of cable and perform necessary checks
Installation of HV cable joints as per the mounting instructions ofaccessoryvendor.
Installation of Cable sealing end as per the mounting instruction of accessory vendor.
