Full-time Engineering

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily joinery fabrication and site activities
• Lead and manage carpenters, installers, and helpers
• Allocate manpower and monitor work progress
• Ensure work complies with approved drawings, quality standards, and project schedules
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Engineer, and factory
• Ensure the availability of materials, tools, and equipment
• Enforce health and safety regulations on site
• Prepare daily progress reports and report site issues

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience as a Joinery Foreman in interior fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of joinery fabrication and installation
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical drawings
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and problem‑solving abilities
