Certifications: Workday HCM Core and Workday Integrations
Experience: 2-5 years in relevant roles
Hands-on experience with HR transformation projects
Strong competency building integrations using Workday Studio or similar tools
Experience integrating Workday with Identity Management and Payroll systems
Solid understanding of relational databases and ERP systems
Knowledge of HR process flows with ability to build transformation logic and model data
Experience with unit and end-to-end testing Desirable Skills
Leading functional areas on client-facing Workday projects from design through deployment
