Job Description
Responsibilities
+ Architectural drafting using AutoCAD AND Revit to create layouts for primarily retail spaces.
+ Will eventually look to have this candidate manage projects for clients.
+ Put together construction documentation for builders/contractors.
+ Needs to be proficient in Revit and know some AutoCAD
Essential Skills
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in architecture
+ Experience in drafting, architectural design, and construction documentation
+ Familiarity with project management and construction administration

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cleveland, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
