Job Description
Lead a multi-site maintenance team at JLL as a Maintenance Manager, ensuring safety and efficiency across all locations. This role requires strong mentoring, technical skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
As a Maintenance Manager, you will oversee a team of maintenance associates while potentially managing Area Maintenance Managers. This involves driving safety initiatives, coordinating projects, and developing preventative maintenance programs to support operational goals. Your expertise will be essential in managing contractor relationships and facilitating training and development for associates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead multi-site maintenance teams and supervise managers

• Coordinate with Finance to set and track budgets
• Support efficiency improvement initiatives across the network
