Jira Administrator Analyst – Remote Work

Responsibilities
- Help end users with their requests received through a dedicated Jira Service space.
- Listen and understand users' pain points regarding the usage of the tools.
- Implement solutions in the tools following best practices and the company standards.
- Follow processes and standards, keeping the tools clean and tidy.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience administering Jira or in related positions.
- Good level of English.
