• We are seeking an experienced Jewelry Caster to join our production team.
• This is a hands-on role working with sterling silver and gold, where technical expertise and attention to detail are key to delivering exceptional results.

What You’ll Do Perform all aspects of the lost-wax casting process:

• investing, casting, de-vesting, graining, and alloying.


• Cast with sterling silver and gold, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all pieces.
• Operate and maintain casting equipment, wax equipment, and molds.
• Manage mold inventory and wax production, including scheduling wax pulling operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve quality issues, identifying improvements to enhance production efficiency.
• Collect and maintain production records and data.
