Job Description
Responsibilities
- Analyze and design system requirements
- Capable of creating design/functional specifications and test plan documents for development
- Develop or implement new application enhancements
- Communicate with the project client and onshore counterparts regarding programming needs and technical deliverables
- Coach and mentor junior resources in their technical/code deliverables
To Qualify
- Minimum 3 years of experience in JAVA/J2SE
- Preferred skills:
- Experience using Eclipse RCP Plug-in Development
- Experience using Acceleo – MTL (Model to Text Language)
- Experience using C/C++, C#, Cobol, and Reporting Tool – BIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools project)
